The Heart Connection feature allows you to request introductions to healers, venues, and organizations in our curated World Heart network. By using this feature, you understand and agree:

Role of THOPF: The Heart of Peace Foundation acts solely as an introducer. We are not a healthcare provider, therapist, medical referral service, or matchmaker. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality, safety, competence, or outcomes of any services provided by entities in our network.

Your Responsibility: You engage with healers, venues, and organizations at your own risk. You are responsible for evaluating whether a practitioner or venue is appropriate for your needs. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately.

Data Sharing: When you send an introduction, THOPF emails your selected profile information to the entity on your behalf. You control exactly which fields are shared via checkboxes before sending. Required fields include your display name (first name and last initial only) and email address.

AI-Generated Content: Your profile dimensions (what you're seeking, values, growth stage, preferred modalities) are extracted by AI from your tool interactions. You can review, edit, or delete this content at any time in your profile. An AI disclaimer is included in every introduction email.

Minor Users: Users under 18 may use Heart Connection. If you indicate you are under 18, additional safeguarding notices and child protection resources are provided to both you and the practitioner.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Heart of Peace Foundation, its directors, officers, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your interactions with entities introduced through this feature.

Rate Limits: To maintain quality and prevent misuse, introduction requests are limited. Current limits are displayed in the interface.

When using our website and any interactive features, you agree to:

• Use the site respectfully and in good faith

• Not attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security

• Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the site in bulk without permission

• Not upload or transmit harmful content, malware, or spam

• Respect other community members in any shared spaces

Our website is available in English and Spanish. Both language versions are original — neither is a translation of the other. While we strive for consistency, minor differences may exist between language versions.
